INFUSION is committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your personal and corporate information. As part of this commitment, we have established the following Privacy Policy to govern our use of customer information.
Client Information & Shared Data
INFUSION does not sell, share or distribute customer information to any third party organization and is committed to protecting customer information under its control. The knowledge and consent of the customer are required for the collection, use or disclosure of customer information except where required or permitted by law.
Any information submitted to INFUSION for use in e-mail marketing, direct mail or other campaigns is considered private and confidential and will not be shared or sold without the client’s express written permission. Any data you share with us will be stored in an encrypted format on secure servers for the duration of it’s use in your campaign and subsequently removed and deleted in a secure fashion upon the completion of the your business dealings with INFUSION.
Your Data’s Security
The data contained within your hosted application is considered private and confidential. No member of the INFUSION team will access that data unless directed to by an authorized representative of your organization.
All team members at INFUSION are bound by a non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement that protects your corporate and personal information from misuse. INFUSION team members will not share with any third party their knowledge of your data or operations without your express consent.
E-Mail Correspondence
The contents of our e-mail correspondence and any attachments to it include information that is private and confidential and should only be read by those persons to whom they are addressed. All e-mail correspondence sent from INFUSION contains a Legal Notice that states: “If you are not the intended recipient, promptly delete this message and notify the sender of the delivery error by return e-mail. You may not forward, print, copy, distribute, or use the information in this message if you are not the intended recipient. While measures are taken to protect, the sender disclaims any responsibility for any resulting loss or damage.”
INFUSION Website
INFUSION retains our rights as sole owners of the information collected on our web site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. our consultants and other third party companies we may use in order to deliver your services. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products, services, or changes to this privacy policy.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the web site, your information is protected both online and offline. As part of offering and providing customized and personalized services, we use cookies to store information about you. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Parts of the site require that you accept cookies. These cookies only store the preferences you have made, and make it easier for you to navigate the site. You can choose (with your browser) to require permission before each cookie is written to your hard drive, but you must accept cookies to use portions of the web site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site. We will never at anytime sell demographic information we may capture on our web site.

Please be advised that we are not responsible for, nor do we make any express or implied warranties to the content, privacy, or security practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.
